Soul Band Kent | Spice | Wedding Party Band | Hop Till You Drop

Experience, versatility and professionalism, plus musical excellence, are the all-important keywords in the Spice formula for a successful party.

“Slick presentation and musical excellence really gets the party moving – come on, let’s dance!”

From a compact trio right up to a driving seven-piece outfit complete with horn section, Spice can readily tailor the line-up of the band to suit the size of the venue and the exact requirements of the event. Whatever line-up is fixed, the honeyed textures of Mary’s voice sit right at the centre of the Spice sound. She shares the lead with guitarist Joe, whose agile vocal gymnastics and a heartfelt delivery regularly drive the ladies wild!

Their strong presence onstage means that whatever the size of band, their performance will command attention.  A compact trio driven along by funky drums will fill the dancefloor at an intimate party.  Add backing vocals, stylish bass guitar and well-crafted keyboard textures and the five-piece band will really begin to ‘rock and roll’. But if you want to really set the place on fire, why not push the boat out that extra bit to include an all-action twin horn section of trumpet and saxophone in the Spice mix, culminating in a real full-on seven-piece celebration party extravaganza?

The Spice repertoire is extensive and extremely versatile, spanning a surprisingly broad array of different genres. You should typically expect to hear numbers ranging from classic Glenn Miller swing jazz through Elvis, The Beatles and Abba to Ronan Keating … and everything in between.

Spice always travels fully-equipped with their top-quality PA system which is suitable for venues of all types and adaptable to audiences of any size.  Other equipment like starcloth, lights and lasers for both stage and dancefloor can also be supplied to help promote a festive atmosphere.

For outstanding musical entertainment and a superb audience-involving stageshow, the Spice recipe is guaranteed to create a spectacular party.

Many thanks for providing such super music at Samantha & Simon’s wedding reception last Saturday. I don’t think I have ever been to an event where the dance floor was so crowded!
