They are a professional tribute band showcasing the music of the period, and have performed at a variety of venues for a wide range of audiences across the UK. All the most influential and best-selling artists of the period are represented, from Bananarama and Madonna to Dexy’s Midnight Runners, Chaka Khan and Wham! Soft Rock is also strongly featured, with classics from the likes of Bon Jovi, Blondie, Tina Turner and Guns’n’Roses well to the fore in a carefully-chosen and comprehensive repertoire of guaranteed dancefloor-fillers.
‘80s Forever come fully-equipped with a top-of-the-range PA system and lighting rig. With varying audiences and budgets in mind, their line-up is very flexible, starting from a female duo singing over pre-recorded backing tracks, and then augmenting in stages to a full six-piece live band featuring keyboard, guitar, bass and drums, plus added vocals.
